Vertex Template Joomla 4.4. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare

Hello. I updated Joomla 3.10 to 4.4.6, updated all extensions and the Vertex template. But on the site I see the error:

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare s5_restricted_access_call() (previously declared in /home/aleksej/aleksius.fun/www/templates/shape5_vertex/vertex/cms_core_functions.php:46) in /home/aleksej/aleksius.fun/www/templates/shape5_vertex/vertex/cms_core_functions.php on line 45".

Everything is fine with the Casiopea template. Please help me solve the problem.

Alex2020 is my administrator, and this concerns my website.

To update Vertex, I need an S5 Pro Account for $89, which apparently includes all Shape5 templates.
Vertex was originally a free template, and according to your website, all Shape5 templates have been outdated for six years and are not intended for Joomla 4.

I find it a bit strange to pay $89 for access to outdated templates when I only need an update for what was essentially a free template.

Is there any way you could accommodate me in this matter?

I installed the latest version of the template. But it did not help. The error has not changed. One more thing. If you assign a template style to all pages, the template style settings are not saved.
