Blur ogo letters in mobile size

my logo in a mobile phone gets the letters blured. I dont know if its possible to solve this issue.
Can you help me?

Could you edit the logo image to have a resolution that is twice the current size? This will enhance its appearance on mobile devices.

I created a logo image with twice the size of the other but it gets bigger its not resized to fit the space in the menu bar it apears with the orignal size.

We added this css code:

.logo-image img {
    max-width: 190px;
}
