Quickstart version on existing Joomla site

I would like to install the template "JA-CONF" with all example templates (Quickstart version) on my existing Joomla 5 site. How can I do that? Can I simply upload all the folders in the Quickstart folder using FTP? The site is under construction on Joomla 5 (not yet in operation), in 6 languages and already has some content and menus that I want to keep. How can I do that?

PS: in the FTP you will find the site in the folder: ilovemeprinzip.com

I understand your point. Just to clarify, the Quickstart package is essentially the same as the default Joomla package, complete with the sample data you see on our demo site. It's designed specifically for setting up a brand new website and isn't meant for use with an existing site.
