I wanted to suggest that the "News Show Pro" module can display the author's image, because by enabling the option it does not display the image and secondly, if the module can display the custom fields.

With custom fields, it will require customization for this feature, I suggest to hire a developer to get it done for you (I can refer you to an all rounder developer from us if you're interested)
