  • Cannot purchase subscription nor leave message with sales

I paid for a base subscription and I have a receipt from PayPal but I am still showing as a free account. The chat bot says support is out and to leave a message, but once I type something it asks who I want so I am not confident a message is actually being left. I need someone to assist met with this ASAP.

I did get this message a half hour ago claiming I was approved:
