The contact page is empty

Good afternoon, when I select the contact page, nothing appears inside it, it does not have neither contact form nor the open street maps as is show in live demo of Purity IV. How can I do?

I can't access your site now, I guess it relates to the Layout settings.

Kindly check which template style is being assigned to that contact page, then go to Layout settings of that template style and see which layout it's loading, this layout may not include the component block which shows the main content of a page.
