JA Finance not working...

Hello, I was having problems with installing your latest JA Titan Template

JA Titan for Joomla 5 and 4 - Quickstart
JA Finance - Module (won't install)

Please note, that I've already replaced the JA Finance with another Thirdparty custom code that creates the same things loaded in a Custom Module position.

, but either way, I'm unable to get JA Finance to work in either Joomla 4 or 5 Quickstart of JA Titan.

Maybe a problem with our new Hosting on NameCheap, and I'd appreciate some feedback resolving why JA Titan installs using Joomla 4 and 5 both fail on my host.

Please note, I installed Akeeba Admin Tools to double check various permissions and folders and files, but so far nothing has helped resolve JA Finance and JA AI Assistant from not working. Any other suggestions to diagnose Joomla Permissions problems and where my problems may be?

Hi Sorli,

I tried to install this module into your site but this 403 forbidden error appears:

Kindly check if your server has any security Mod enable there which may prevent from installing.

saguaros Mod Security Firewall enabled by Default with NameCheap.com Servers. Had to Whitelist my IP Address and then Purge the installation and reinstall. Here's the screen caps for reference with NC tech support, and thanks Joomlart for the heads up and what was causing our problems.

and after purging my original JA Finance module installation, we now get this! :-)
