Hi, I have a problem with News Show Pro Gk5 version 2.2.1 on Joomla 4.4.6, the thumbnails are deformed and in the settings the “Thumbnail Stretch” command is not available.
What can I do?

the module no longer creates thumbnails, for old articles it did and in fact they are displayed correctly:

the first thumbnail is not a thumbnail, it's the original and stretched image, the others are thumbnails.

Thank you for your response and sorry for the delay.
The real problem is that although the “Create thumbnail” option is checked, the module does not create any thumbnail but shows the original images, stretched or not. I don't understand why, until last month it was working normally. Debug reports no error.

It seems a owner/permission issue. In the screenshot on the left an image uploaded via JCE that works (GK News correctly creates the thumbnail), on the right an image uploaded via Joomla Media Upload feature that GK News show as is whitout to create thumbnail
.
Uploading all images via JCE it works fine.
