Head Actions Icon not displaying

The Head Action component which I am using as a contact us button, doesn't reliably show up in the browser (Chrome, usually). I've attached a screenshot. It shows up on my machine, but several people have remarked that it doesn't show up on theirs even after refreshing the page. Thank you in advance for any insights that you may be able to provide as to the cause.

It due to the class you set for this element:

<span class="d-none d-hd-block">Contact Us</span>

With screen sizes smaller than 1500px, this 'Contact Us' will be hidden and the icon will show up.

But with screen bigger than 15000px, this text will display.

If you want to show the icon in all screens, pls remove the d-hd-block class.

I should remove this section?

<a href="index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=24" class="btn btn-outline-primary" title="Contact Us"> ~~~~Contact Us </a>

I only ask since there's another section of that after the Contact Us as well.
