Create Contact Page

How do I create the contact page as in your demo? You seem to forgotten this in your documentation.

Firstly, you need to create the contact information by: Component > Contacts > Contacts > New button, then you fill your information.
Secondly, you access to the menu you want to display this contact information then select: Menus > All menu items > Menu Item Type > Contacts > Single Contact then select the contact you want to display.

In the contact menu you need to set the Mail Options > Contact form > Show,
In the contact page detail: Component > Contacts > Contacts > your_contact_page > form > contact form > set as Use Global (SHOW)
After that the contact form will display.
