Conflict between Cookies CK and T4 framework

Hi,
I use Cookie CK Light from JoomlaCK.
This works well in combination with the T4 template framework.
But once I activate CSS Optimization there, Cookie CK Light will no longer function properly.
Instead of the Cookie preferences being shown on a page over the website, I see them at the very bottom of the website.
If I turn CSS Optimization off again, it works fine.

What could be the reason for that?
The developer of Cookies CK refers to the T4 developers.

There maybe conflict in style when compressing CSS file together, you can manually add the css file from Cookie CK extension into the field: Exclude CSS files + active CSS optimization option and see how it goes.

Can you indicate how I should enter that file in that field?
Absolute path or relative path?
Do you have an example?
