Action Log Problem

I seem to have discovered a problem with the 'Action Log - Joomla' plugin. if it is enabled, trying to enable or disable a plugin throws a 'RED' warning label that some "j997ae_" Table doesn't exist. - the database shows quite the list in the 'action_log_config' and 'content_types' - I don't mind running without the log turned on.. But what is happening?! Why does that program throw an 'Red Banner' warning.. ? (Socialize Template, Latest Jomsocial pro)

The warning "table yooperli_yoop4.j997ae_modules does not exist" in Joomla means that Joomla is attempting to access a table in your database named yooperli_yoop4.j997ae_modules, but the table does not exist in the database.
If it won't make the important issue, you are able to skip it.

vangogh - Thanks for splaining how Joomla works - There's a BUG in the Plugin "Action Log" - I thought that was what reporting here was for. Not simply, 'Ignore it'..

By the way, just as a remark.. here's a list of how FAR BACK I go with this group.. 2018 and how FEW requests for support I've asked for since then. Again, I'm finding this a very lonely place these days. Much of the material dates back over a year or more ago!
