Target Window in menus

I installed the latest version of the T4 framework and now in the menus settings, where I used to get TARGET WINDOW with "Parent", "New Window with Navigation" and "New Window without Navigation", PARENT has been replaced with CATEGORY DETAILS in ALL Menu items. Why does this occur and how can I change it back to PARENT and what does this do?

This is default setting in Joomla that controls which browser window the menu item link will open into. Did you try switching to use Cassiopeia template and see how this setting works?

It was in the English US file that was installed with the template. That file is not the default official Joomla version. It is fixed now, but thanks for the response!
