yet again I have had to give up on waiting and just not bother trying to achieve a solution. I am not sure what is going on with this support but it's almost unusable and certainly not worth the money I paid for the developer subscription.

I will keep persisting with issues that relate to broken functionality as I have no choice.

Just for the record, 20 days of silence from support on this issue and you still think it's worth responding?? As in my previous post it's yet again another dead end I have given up on weeks ago. I needed an answer to this question before designing the overall structure of the course content.
