Getting Errors in Admin after upgrading from Joomla 3 to 5

Im bringing a site back up after COVID and have updated everything from Joomla 3 to 4 and now 5. Im on PHP 8.1 and Guru Pro is at 6.2.1

Im going through admin (havent even touched the frontend yet) and tried to create a course and got the following error message as soon as I hit the "new" button

An error has occurred. 0 readdir(): Argument #1 ($dir_handle) must be of type resource or null, bool given

I attempted to go to the "Media" section in Admin and get the following error message (possibly because my site is in a subdirectory? But videos works?)

An error has occurred. 0 Joomla\Filesystem\Folder::folders: Path is not a folder. Path: [ROOT]/media/videos/studio

Certificates also gives the following error, but list certificates is ok

Can someone please take a look at this in admin for me?

I checked the updates and everything looks to work except for the certificates

When I click on Certificates I get the following error

An error has occurred. 0 readdir(): Argument #1 ($dir_handle) must be of type resource or null, bool given

I looked under media storage, and the file path looks to be correct for the Certificate Background Images but its greyed out.

I cant see where it actually saves the certificates themself or if it's a folder at all.... not sure where that should go.

Can you please revisit this and see where the error is?

The issue have related to the folder permission. So firstly, you manually try to delete the folder from your local /home/salsanetwork/public_html/dance-studio/dance-studio/images/stories/studio.
Secondly you access to Administrator > Com Guru, the folder will be created again with the permisson for The web server user.
Please conduct tests and reponse to us.

I had to play with it a bit to get the folders to line up correctly with what was already in there instead of deleting it, but I managed to make it work.
