Display Errors gk_opengraph

In a new fresh Joomla installation using the QuickStart file in PHP 8.3 at the end of the installation, I got the following message:

These settings are recommended for PHP in order to ensure full compatibility with Joomla.
Directive Recommended Actual
Display Errors Off On

At the top of the home page, it displays:
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property plgSystemGK_OpenGraph::$_plugin is deprecated in /home/aaforg/public_html/j5/plugins/system/gk_opengraph/gk_opengraph.php on line 29

I have php.ini set to display_errors = Off

Any advice?

Yes, it was fixed by upgrading Joomla from the included quickstart version to the latest version.
