Ok, it s rant, but what where is the support? I ask a question and 9 days later, nothing. I open a ticket and 2 days later I get asked for permission to download my site, ok....then days/week later nothing. Ive put links in my tickets to the exact problem and been asked for more detailed info. Ive also asked a simple direct, simple functionality question and been asked for more details of the problem so it can be replicated (bizarre?). It's impossible to make design/functionality decisions on a course/site structure waiting for random support input.
Don't misunderstand, I'm not expecting personal service, but if you log a problem you hope you can get on with other things and circle back in a few days to move that aspect forward.
If there is a users forum where Guru users communicate with one another, please point me at it as I think it would get answers faster to simple questions.
