Joomla 4.8 Update To 5.1 Successful, Front End Errors, T3, php 8.3,

The Update was Successful but the front end, the page not working, 500 ..
I took a quick look before doing a full restore (my live site, not very professional of me) and it said JFactory .. document .. use statement .. and in Errors many listings that involved T3 php.
A few questions. Is 8.2 or 8.3 php still an issue? T3 is not listed in JA Extension Manager, should I uninstall and reinstall through extention manager? .. Any other possible solutions?
I will try again, non live site clone, and sceenshot the debug. Thanks. Pre install there was an issue with manifest and mods listed as 5. In Discover I installed these and the warns were gone, ready to proceed to update, which was successful but not successful ..

I've installed both Joomla 5.1.4 and the Teline Quick Start 5.1. (Updated to 5.1.4) and both work fine. My site seemed to have many issues, updated Joomlart extensions, .. . I've noticed the configuration php has many more configs especially related to memtec redis .. memtec is off .. cache handler is file .. session handler database .. I've noticed anytime I save and close Joomla update settings (Default, Next) I have to log back in .. which is a bit strange. In anycase, after update the backend works fine but the front is 500 .. seems related to T3 .. says in one error listed that T3 is missing? It's installed. Something about J4 or J5 .. . PHP is 8.2.23 and MySQL .. here pics of the debug from site.
