It's JA ACM Hero style utilizing the Owl Carousel lib, you can open this file: root/templates/ja_impact/acm/hero/tmpl/style-1.php

autoplay: true, autoplayTimeout: 4000,
change the autoplay to true and set the timeout as you wish.
