I'm not entirely sure of your question here, these 2 content plugins help to create special article content in template.
I mean, what happen if those plugin are not installed and enabled?

ok so new article content type is linked to System - JA Content Type plugin only or is linked to both System - JA Content Type & Ajax - JA Content Type plugins ?

It will require both of them enabled to work properly. Do they cause any issue on your site or you just want to disable them?
Ok I see. No there is no issue. I'm asking this because I'm not using new article content type so I can uninstall them ?
