Can't empty cart in Guru 6.1.0. You don't need to be logged in to experience the issue.

You add a few courses and want to delete them all. They disappear when you click on the delete icon but if you refresh the page, some of them start reappearing. If you have only one course, you never are able to delete the last one.

Hi Daniel,

I’ve tested Guru version 6.2.3 on my end and couldn’t replicate the issue.

If possible, please take a full backup of your site, update to the latest version of Guru, and check if the issue persists.
I also recommend cloning your site to a test or staging environment before updating, so you can safely test the latest version.

The site has been upgraded to 6.2.3 and we have the same issue.

You can try adding one or 2 courses and deleting them and you will see on https://www.paykademy.com/payment/buy that all the courses are not deleted and keep coming back even when you are not logged in.

It's weird issue, could you share the super admin + FTP account of your site? I will take a look.

What is going on? I didn't get any answer on the problem we have and I don't see anyone trying to connect to the backend? Is this product still maintained?

The new version 6.2.3 is updated for Joomla 5 while you're using old Joomla 3.

Could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local? pls grant super admin permissions so I can take a backup.

Sorry but you can't have a backup. It is against California and Europe regulations as we have personal data of people on there.
