Adding a Vertical Menu: Any suggestions?

Hello,
I'm using Helple template.
Aside from the upper top menu, I'd like to add a vertical menu on the side of the site.
Not sure how to strat and where. Do you suggest any extension to install? Or is tehre a way to add it through the template settings?

JA Helple template supports left/right sidebars and as I can see you're settings to show login module / menu module in these positions already. We don't provider vertical menu extension, you can seek for a suitable one in JED
