I can now download templates, but I can't view replies here in forums. It tells me to upgrade
All post have the text "You need a valid subscription to view replies." even if I'm logged in.

With your active 'JA Pro' subscription, you can have access to JoomlArt's templates forum only: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/joomlart
That topic belongs to iJoomla's products which requires active subscription for Guru Pro or Developer / Ultimate Developers
Anyway, that topic is about showing video in Guru product, you're using Guru as well?
