    carlfarring Hi

May I know which Joomla version are you using?

You can share the URL + super admin account so I will check for you

    a month later

This is still open. If so, let me know where I can send the secure information.

      carlfarring Hi

You can edit Fields in your first post or put into your reply and set it as private reply.

      Only moderators can see.

My apologies. I should have checked it first, like I usually do, but I gained a lot of confidence in creating a temporary super user via admin tools. You should be able to go in there just fine. Now I tested it.
