Come on guys, https://documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Users_Export_and_Import_from_CSV is no longer correct. It states that to import members, we must first disable 'Notification Mail to User' in 'User - Joomla' plugin.. The option demo'd in. the Wiki page shows a browse chooser....
In Joomla 4.X there is no such plugin or option in Users >> Options so the Browse option is not shown. So how do we import users?
