I wanted to test something on blockk adn noticed that when you install the quickstart pack. The language update links are wrong and you cannot install new languages. The language link is https://update.joomla.org/cms/ and it is forbidden. Note to testers. Make a fresh install either install demo data or not after that go to admin panel and try to install language. The error will appear.
