How to get module with logo to appear on z:level in "hero" above another module

How to get module with logo to appear on z:level in "hero" above module "We are JM Welding"

I can upload the module but it gets covered by the "Hero" in the Layouts Settings. I can't seem to find a module that will work above centered on the welding "hero" area like it is with the stock text.

Do you have any suggestions for modules that will work like that?? or a strategy?

Do you need a link for that text or it's simply a logo image?

You can consider to edit the current background image and embed your logo text there so no need to add another module to this position.

I am working on putting a nice logo in the center where it reads:
"We are
JM Welding"

The logo would be the replacement for the text. The challenge is I cannot figure out where this code is for being able to alter the text for a graphic replacement or find any modules that can lay over top of this background image.

I believe that if I added the logo to the bkg graphic then the cover-up gradient would likely cover the logo as well. It would be nice to have it crisp and bright and not covered by a transparent black gradient...but that is a good suggestion for a quick solution!

By adding in some "Custom CSS" in the "Site Templates" area, I've been experimenting with your solution idea and managed to get something that looks identical to what I want on Desktop for the most part! Only problem I'm having is making the logo scalable as the page shrinks or when it is displayed on a cell phone screen. Do you have any CSS suggestions to make this image/background image responsive?
