Suddenly unale to edit pages anymore

Hi all, is it just me or is anyone else having the problem that the edit page function shows a blank page on Windows, and a forever loading ball on Mac? Is there a server issue or is it clientside? It was working perfectly, all of a sudden I can't edit pages anymore. Help!

The problem is that we paid for a very expensive developer license, and what do I do with the lost information since the backups do save content but not the content from the builder?
What do we do with the damaged or lost content?
