Why is item is in same page but has different url structure

Hi, why this two have different link structure? Thanks.

The X50 is
https://v2.mistercarz.com.my/index.php/tour-detail/detail-layout-1

while the X70 is
https://v2.mistercarz.com.my/index.php/listings/categories/proton/proton-x70

Only the X50 is the odd one out.

It looks like you have a menu item Detail Layout 1 which points to the X50 article directly so when you open this article, it will display under that menu item.

The X70 is current showing under the menu item its category belongs to.
