Drop down options on editor not active nor functional

I tried different browsers and found out that it doesn't work on Chrome and Edge, but for example, everything works on the Yandex browser

Well, I'm on windows systems. There is not up-to-date Safari versions for windows.

As a workaround I tried on Edge, Chrome and Brave. It didn't worked.

¡But it worked on Opera!

I'll use Opera while you solve the issue for good, but please, don't stop trying to fix it, since any error on Opera will let us helpless.

It looks like the issue comes from Chrome specific as Chrome browser removed this API:

libjs.min.js?2.0.0:3 [Deprecation] Listener added for a 'DOMNodeInserted' mutation event. Support for this event type has been removed, and this event will no longer be fired.

Please backup this file: ROOT/plugins/system/jabuilder/helper.php

Edit the line 325 to:

$link = 'index.php?Itemid=' . $params->get('aliasoptions', '0');

Then edit page again.
