Feature Request: Add Language Field on Courses

Is there any way that you guys could add a field/dropdown on the page where you add a course that allows the teacher to select the language the course is in?

Maybe let that field also be searchable or to sort courses on the list pages.

Also to display on it on the list page as well as the course page
