Edit mobile header

Good morning,
I need to modify the menu and the multilingual module of the header in the mobile view.
As per the attached image, the multilingual module should appear in the mobile view and I should also replace the text "Menu" with the icon ( = )
how can I do it?

I tried to upload via backend but no luck and the FTP account doesn't work.

Hi,
sorry for the delay in replying but I didn't see the notification email.

I proceeded to insert the files you gave me, I deleted the cache but it doesn't seem to have any effect, everything is the same as before.

P.S.: I checked the FTP access and it works correctly for me

How can I do it?
