estos archivos de MALWARE he logrado eliminar pero me dicen que afectara mi pagina web que debo de hacer...
me ha contaminado mi pagina.

    May I know which Joomla version are you using? You can download the Joomla package of the same version from Joomla Official page and see if these files persist or not. If not, you can remove them.

    With /var/www/vhosts/elperiodicosur.com/httpdocs/jaextmanager_data/wctrybhk.php this file is not from JA Extension manager component so you can remove it.
