Masthead configuration error

Hi. When I run the JA MAsthead module configuration in the backend I get an error:
0 implode(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, string given

is there any way to fix this?

Joomla 5.2.1,
php 8.1 (the same efect in 8.2)
JA Stark template 2.1.2
JA MAsthead module v 1.2.0

You can backup this file:

ROOT/modules/mod_jamasthead/layouts/items.php

and replace with attached file (unzip first).
