You can find "Mitglieder" on the start page (home).
The first module on the right side, beside the activity stream.
It is the popup window, which appears, when you hover over the member icons.
The second "Neuen Freund hinzufügen" ist the window, which pops up, if you invite a member to be a friend.
But I think, it would rather make sense to change that color globally, instead of changing it for every button seperately, wouldn't it?
