Display Category - But Only Super Admin Can Create

I am working on instruction courses for my teachers and I want to make them available for only the teachers to enroll/buy them, which Ive figured out how to do.

But when Im logged in as a teacher on the front end, that same category is available for my teachers to create a course in.

Is there a way to hide a category from the New Course Creation / Edit Course Information pages?
