On the frontend, I've created a course as a teacher and set it to FREE, no price selected or entered.

When you go into the course information in admin and make changes, when you save it you get the following error message

Please choose default pricing plan!

If there's nothing in the field, why is it asking for a default?

And if you set one in Admin, if the teacher goes in on the frontend, it will then throw that same error to them but shouldn't and could definitely cause some confusion.

ALSO, if there is only 1 subscription plan, why would it ask for a default?

Can someone please check this?

Thanks
Adina

I was able to get it to stop the error, but only by deleting the plans on the backend that weren't visible both front and back.

There should probably be a check in there to look to see if there is one or more plans visible on the front. If only one is visible, then it would be the default.

Unfortunately I can't say why, I've tested mine in several ways and it seems to have corrected the issue for me, BUT in admin it still asks me to choose a default plan, but something I guess I'll have to deal with, at least its not the front end. Is your asking for price on frontend or admin?

BUT I do see this will definitely pose a problem if I choose to add pricing plans in the future for internal courses vs the ones created on the front end by teachers. It's definitely setting limitations.
