Hello,
i have a premium ticket open for 16 days.
An answer was given after 5 days, but it was a very incomplete answer (i think my question was not really read or understood).
So i answered to ask a real solution but 7 days later nothing.
So i opened a new ticket but 2 days later, still no answer ...
One bad answer in almost 3 weeks ... Not really a nice support for a payed extension !
