I give up. How much to fix the Jomsocial pending videos?

Ok fine, you got me. Just tell me how much I gotta bribe support into fixing the "forever pending videos" issue on my site and I'll pay it. At this point I'm far too tired of banging my head against the wall to fix this and I'm desperate. I literally could care less how much it cost. I'm deadass serious. I compiled the ffmpeg from a source myself so I know for a fact it works. I even tried the direct path from the hostname DIRECTLY to the ffmpeg directory which I pull from a "which ffmpeg" as root and it STILL doesn't work. So lets just to the chase, name the price so I can zelle to you, and lets get this over with. I'm not bitter so don't take this personally and all. I'm not even mad at you because hey making working components is hard. I get it. But I GOTTA GET THIS DAMN THING WORKING. I'm literally on my knees begging you please.

I had a guy from upwork fix the issue. However a new issue has appeared where this popup login box keeps appearing when I click on certain toolbar links. How do I stop this? I did notice two things though:

1) I have to log in twice before I can gain access to Jomsocial now.
2) After login, I get 1 green successful login message and 1 message that states "your session has expired. please log in again." But I'm successfully logged in.

I did notice that the popup login problem doesn't happen when I'm logged in as admin. And it might be worth noting that I am also using membership pro component. Not sure if that might be a factor.
