I am a potential customer, trying to learn more after a solid recomendation. As far as I can tell every demo on you own site is broken (ja-titan.demo.joomlart.com took too long to respond).
This is a really bad look for any company .....

      dcljoom No it is not OK and you should wait to see if it will continue.
      There have been no templates released for over 6 months (I resubscribed in July and have nothing for my money yet !!
      Be very wary and wait to see if the site posts new products otherwise you will lose your money
