Joomlart problems?

Does anyone use Joomlart templates? I became a member and like thier stuff, but NEVER get replies help questions. They do not have a forum and never reply to emails. Is there another place to get support when it comes to Joomlart.com stuff? I found a bug in thier most recent template.

I hear many people say they are reputable. I am just wondering where to turn for help since they do not have a forum and do not respond to emails.
