Unable to change the frontpage-default-image

Hi. I'm creating a new site with Joomla 5.1.4 and Jomsocial 4.9.5. Trying to change the default frontpage image on the back end results in an error no matter what size, shape, height, width, etc. I try. No error message is generated. Just a red 'X' appears next to the filename indicating failure.

Temporarily I've replaced the frontpage-image-default.jpg file in Jomsocial assets so I have the frontpage image I want. However, I did want to report the error so there is a record of it.

FYI, I just found the same issue with Default Cover and Avatar for groups. Same red 'X' but no error message - even with debug on.

I just tried to change the frontpage image under Backend >> Jomsocial >> Theme Designer >> General and it works properly.

It'd be great if I can access your site and check it directly for you.

Do the images need to be specific height and width in order to be accepted for the covers?

I'm looking into letting you into my system. I need to update some DNS settings and open a hole in the firewall for that to happen. I'll let you know when it's complete.
