Follow the steps below to resolve your issues.

1. Add below CSS rules to the Custom CSS modal (in template dashboard).

   .t4-megamenu .navbar-nav > li > a, .t4-megamenu .navbar-nav > li > .nav-link {
     padding-left: 1.5rem;
     padding-right: 1.5rem;
   }

2. Check in the Navigation tab in the template dashboard to remove the USERS, J!PAGES and J! CONTENT menu.

3. Remove spacing: Click to the module you want to remove space, click to the Extra Field. Configure the Top Space and Bottom space.

4. Add background for module: You can choose the background color in the Extra Field tab. or add class "bg-light or bg-primary or bg-success to the Module Class field of Advance tab.

5. You can remove the footnav block from the layout if you don't want to use it..
