The main menu fo my site, https://nuevo.fundaciondiegoylia.org.co/ don´t work because does not display the submenus on mouse hover (La Fundación, Programas, Comunidad, Impacto).

    I see a lot of JS errors on your website
    If is the JS error, then megamenu not function definitelly

    I don't know why JS errors are on your website, I think some files from instalation not exist.

    You had to use non-standard modifications and break the whole functionality with your modifications
    I don't understand why the fault should be on the side of the template producer - after all you are asking him to fix something that is wrong due to your modifications.
    Normally I pay external developers for such modifications, unless I am unable to detect the error.
    But maybe you expect here on the forum from Joomlart support to debug your errors and also fix them within your subscription?

      pinochico3 @saguaros @robertmoore I have had the subscription for more than 6 years and all the supports they have helped me to solve them, the changes I made are at the level of css and index.php but everything is supported by them, that is why I ask for help to be able to solve this issue, because even reversing the changes, the memenu does not work, I appreciate your time reviewing my case, but I have already debugged the site and I cannot find the errors to correct them. I am still waiting for help to be able to release my site.

      I also use subscription, even for 16 years I think, but it's true that gradually my support tasks focus on specialties, because I fix most of the bugs and changes myself.

      So let's wait for the support response to see if they react somehow, maybe it would require a premium ticket?
