Ultimate Developer Subscription

Dear JA,

I just signed up for the Ultimate Developer package and the only templates/extensions I can download are the ones from JoomlaBamboo (I have/had a Lifetime Membership). Is there a lag time between paying and getting access or an issue with the Membership portal? If it's a lag, what is the time-line? If it's an issue getting access, what is the time-line for resolution? Thanking you in advance for your prompt reply.

I checked your membership, you are now Ultimate member, that means, you have developer access to all brands: Joomlart, gavickpro, JoomlaBamboo, JomSocial and iJoomla.

To download all products, please access our new download system at: https://member.joomlart.com/downloads
I tested, you can download all products.

Quick tip: To view all your posts, you can go to your profile page: https://member.joomlart.com/forums/u/kalasoft2
To quickly access the download page from forum, you can click on the user's area on top and select "Downloads" menu (check attachment)
