  • Issue with contact form on T4 page builder with JA Blockk template

Hello,

I updated the T4 page builder plugin back in December with the latest version, 2.1.1 for the "T4 Builder Article Integration Plugin” and “T4 Page Builder Component”. And after that, I’ve been having a problem with my contact forms as they are no longer working. I can fill the contact form on the website. It’s saying “thanks for your email” after I have clicked the “submit” button, but I’m not receiving any notification via email on the email I’ve entered to receive the contact form info.

Do you know what might be causing the issue and how this can be fixed? I tried to create a new T4 page with a new contact form, but it’s not changing anything. It’s also saying “thanks for your email” after I have clicked the “submit” button but I’m not receiving any notification either via email.

I'm currently using the JA Blockk template with joomla 5.1.4

Can you please share your website information with us. We have tested it on our development environment and it works perfectly fine.
