On my site, I am using the JA Impact template and experiencing a compatibility issue with the JoomlArt template or framework. When using EasySocial, I encounter a problem with saving notification settings.

Here’s what happens:
When I go to the notification settings and click the on/off switch, then save, it says that the notification settings have been saved. However, after the page reloads, the switch has not changed.

I’ve tested this with the default Joomla template and another template, and it works correctly. The issue only occurs with the JA Impact template.

It seems like there is a conflict with the JA Impact template.

Do you have any suggestions on what might be causing this or what steps I can take to resolve it?

      You're right, it appears to have conflict between template and EasySocial there.

      Could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local environment?

        saguaros Yes because when you change the template to default Joomla template it works.

        Yes you can, i have Akeeba Backup Professional if you want to use that?

        any update on this please its rather urgent as i have to disable email notifications and its effecting my sites activity because users can not disable emails on this template.
