I would like to present the authors as it appears in the demo site: https://ja-impact.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/pages/j-content/author-listting, but I mistakenly deleted the configuration in the main menu...how can I do it?

Create a menu then select menu type as "Articles -> Author Listing". In Groups field select "Registered" to list all registered users or you can select your own group. Save and reload your website.
