This is the same question posted by someone else before, but I cannot access the answer, so here it is:
On purchase email not being sent to student when registering.
We have a course set up and in the Pricing/Plans tab the setting is:
√ This course is free for 'Members'
In the System Emails for the course we have:
√ On purchase email checked.
When a student registers for the course they do not get the system email for 'on purchase'.
The admin gets the 'New Student Enrolled' email notification and so does the author.
In the subscriptions > Email notifications the 'On Purchase' email is published.
Same result for all courses.
