I wonder whether Joomlart is still in business and if their support is still something we can rely on.
In the past, I've been very satisfied both with the quality of the T4 framework and the support I received when something didn't work a I expected.
Thank you for that!
But: currently, I'm in an odd dilemma.
Based on my positive experiences, I recommended the T4 framework to a good friend of mine and helped him transitioning his site from a very old Artisteer template to a new quite basic T4 template.
He is now on the brink of purchasing one of the commercial templates, BUT we are still waiting on a response to an issue I posted 6 weeks ago:

(I tried reaching out via Chat too, also with no reaction whatsoever)
That said: in case I don't get any support about that issue soon, I feel I need to recommend to my friend NOT to continue with Joomlart, because we can't rely on their the support.
It would be such a shame!!
